Terms and Conditions for Celestial Love

When making a booking it is important that you read and understand the terms and conditions, by proceeding you have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions: Once you have registered for a reading or event, payment of the full fee is due as part of the booking process. Guidance provided should not replace professional advice. Please seek this from an appropriately qualified professional as needed (i.e.: medical/legal/financial/psychological etc). A reading is intended for entertainment purposes only. You always have free will. How you use any information or messages provided or discussed during a reading, event or workshop is your responsibility and decision alone. At workshops, events, general readings etc. the information provided is general in nature and may not contain information that is specific to your circumstances. Denise does not take any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, efficacy, or completeness of the information given and cannot be held liable for any third-party claims or losses or damages. Denise cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions made by herself or the speakers. Any reliance upon information received shall be at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for your own use of information received. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denise disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, title, non-infringement, quality, and/or fitness for a particular purpose. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Denise reserves the right to:

• Cancel or alter dates for any event
• Change the location of any scheduled event to a location that is reasonably proximate to the original location or
• Substitute speakers or facilitators for any event.

If an event is cancelled, Denise will notify all registered attendees and will not be liable for any direct or indirect costs incurred by the registered attendees. If an event is cancelled, Denise is under no obligation to arrange a substitute event. Non-attendance of an event for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to a refund or a transfer to another event. The intention of Denise is to share information in a positive, inclusive, respectful, non-discriminatory way. Any participant engaging in conduct or behaviour against this intention, or posting comments which are considered to be against this intention may be removed from or denied access to the event, and/or removed from the Facebook or Instagram page. At workshops/events, you acknowledge and consent that your image or voice where you specifically cannot be identified, may be recorded via video, photograph or some other mechanism by Denise during your attendance at events, and that your image or a recording of you may be used on social media channels and on promotional material for future events. If you choose to actively participate in photos or other promotional media, you consent to this material being used by Denise for promotional purposes. Denise uses Facebook Events, Instagram and Email, each have their own privacy and data information policies to be understood and accepted in addition to the above terms and conditions.
